$100! You will find our shipping
charges to be low. Other shops that offer free shipping
make their money by inflating the cost of the
merchandise. Unfortunately, the reverse is true as well.
We choose to keep our prices low and the shipping costs
reasonable. We are an honest company with honest prices.
Actually, we guarantee that we have the lowest prices
you will find on the internet! Your order is shipped
discreetly with no reference to "Lingerie" or the
products ordered on the outside of the packaging.
- We ship UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on which carrier is more economical. Each customer is sent a shipping notice along with a tracking number.
- We ship within the United
States and International.
- Shipping and delivery days are
Monday through Friday, except holidays.
- We do our best to make sure
our customers receive their orders quickly.
- Except for back ordered items,
our lingerie orders are shipped in 2-3 business day so
you will receive your order within 3-7 days.
- Allow 7-10 business days for international shipments.
Back-Orders
You will be
notified if any items in your order are not available
for immediate shipment. If this occurs you will have the
option to change your entire order before it is shipped.
We realize that you may not be able to wait for certain
items and that when one item is not available you may
need to change your entire order.

Domestic Orders
- Fees -
Shipping is a flat $6.95 for orders over $25 and is FREE
for order over $100.
- Express Shipments - Express shipping is
available at an additional cost. You will see the prices at checkout. Prices are discounted with orders over $100. If you do not see a shipping option that meets your needs - less us know and we will accomodate you and adjust the billing. Shipments are made via UPS or FedEx. Shipments to
P.O. Boxes go USPS. All 2nd Day Delivery and Overnight
shipments are shipped M-F and do not include weekend
deliveries.
- Low Order Fee - Orders less than $25.00 are charged higher shipping rates. We have a very low mark-up on our products and therefore sometimes it costs us money to process small orders. With the low prices you find in our store and the cost of shipping these days it makes sense to place an order that is over $25.00.
International Orders
- Fees - All items are shipping via USPS Global Air. Shipping is a flat $27 for orders over $50, $22 for orders over $100 and is only $19 for orders over $150.
There is a minimum order requirement of $50.00 for all orders shipped
internationally. We will accept smaller orders but charge higher shipping rates.
- Express Shipments: We are able to ship Global Express and will see athat option at checkout.
- We have the right to refuse any order that we deem too costly to process.
Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item within 14 days from the date you receive it.
Follow the steps outlined below.
- You must email us at
contact@fromtheheartlingerie.com before returning your purchase to obtain a Return Authorization. Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Simply return your unused and undamaged item(s) with all original tags attached and in original packaging to our address noted in our reply email within 3 days of your return approval. Your return approval will provide you with further instructions.
Please note:
- All items must be clean and unworn with all tags attached. All pre-packaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in other than new condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. Adult personal toys, costumes, items with thongs/panties, leather items, swimsuits and hosiery/bodystockings are not returnable. No returns will be accepted after 14 days of receiving your purchase.
- Upon receipt of your item the amount charged will be credited less a $5.00 restocking fee and any shipping charges if you qualified for free shipping on this purchase.
- Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges:
If you want the item(s) that you are returning in another size or color you may place another order on our website after you receive your refund for the original item(s).
Defects in Workmanship:
Although this is not a common event - if you happen to receive an item with a defect in workmanship contact us immediately for return. The same conditions apply as stated above. The item can not be worn or washed to claim a defect.
Receiving Your Refund:
Your credit card will be credited for the cost of the item(s) purchased as outlined above (less any discount you received) including any tax that was previously paid (shipping fees are non-refundable) within 2-3 weeks of our receipt of your returned item(s).
